Job description
gap personnel Exeter is recruiting a Packing Line Operative for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Crediton. These are temporary ongoing opportunities with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.
As a Packing Line Operative, you will join a busy and supportive team involved in the production and distribution of pharmaceutical products across the UK. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Weighing ingredients accurately
- Following written work instructions and procedures
- Ensuring products are correctly labelled and packed
- Reporting damaged or defective products
- Working to production and packing deadlines
- Supporting production, packing and despatch departments
- Palletising finished products
Shift Pattern
- Rotating shift- AM-PM
- Week 1: Monday – Thursday 05.45 – 14.15 & Friday 05.45 – 13.15
- Week 2: Monday – Thursday 13.45 – 22.15 & Friday 12.45 – 20.15
Essential Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good spoken and written English
- Reliable transport or ability to travel to site for the required start times
