<div class="description">What are the working hours?
The normal working week is 37.5 paid hours.
What breaks will I get?
You will receive a 30-minute paid lunch break plus two 15-minute unpaid breaks during your shift.
Is overtime available?
Yes! Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates:
1.3x after 37.5 hours
1.5x for Saturdays
2x for Sundays and bank holidays
What PPE do I need to wear?
Hi-vis, safety shoes and safety goggles must be worn on site.
Don't worry about the hi-vis or safety goggles — these are provided for you.
What type of contract is available?
The roles are offered on a temporary ongoing basis. However, exceptional candidates may have the opportunity to be offered a permanent contract.</div>

Gap personnel are working with The Range Distribution Centre in Severn Beach &amp; are recruiting for 20 Reach Forklift Drivers to work on an ongoing, temporary to permanent basis. Applicants must hold a valid and in date Reach Forklift Licence.
The client is a growing retail business with a fantastic state of the art Distribution Centre &amp; has an inclusive and diverse workforce. The site has staff rest areas with lockers provided &amp; canteen with vending machines &amp; microwaves.
Immediate starts available for successful candidates
Pay Structure
&pound;15.00 per hour for day or late shift, &pound;18.75 overtime after 37.5hours
&pound;16.00 per hour for night shift, &pound;20.00 overtime after 37.5 hours
Xmas Bonus, if you work over 4 shifts per week, &pound;0.50 for every hour worked is retained and will be paid out on 19th December.
Main Duties Include,

<li>Driving reach truck to unload/load deliveries</li>
<li>Complete warehouse replenishment to pick faces</li>
<li>Stoick movements across the warehouse as needed</li>
<li>Palletising stock and putting away</li>
<li>Replenishment of stock locations</li>
<li>Loading HGV and goods out</li>
<li>Despatch and checking</li>
<li>Working to health and safety standards</li>
</ul>
The successful candidates will;
<ul>
<li>Hold a valid and in date Reach forklift licence</li>
<li>Be able to work shifts reliably</li>
<li>Have a good English level</li>
<li>Have previous experience in a similar role</li>
<li>Want a long-term role with a growing company</li>
</ul>
