Job description
We are currently recruiting for x2 Assembly Operative's to join a well-established electronics manufacturing company based in Chatham, Kent.2
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has excellent attention to detail, good manual dexterity and enjoys practical, hands-on work.
Location: Chatham, Kent
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:45pm & Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
This is predominantly seated bench work, involving the handling and assembly of small electronic components.
Duties:
- Operating crimping machines.
- Gluing and assembling small components.
- Screwing and fitting components together.
- Carrying out detailed bench assembly work.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the production process.

Skills/Experience:
- Very good eyesight is essential due to the detailed nature of the work.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Able to work carefully and accurately.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
- Any previous soldering experience would be highly beneficial, but is not essential.
- Working with PCB assemblies advantageous.
