<div class="description">What are the working hours?
The normal working week is 37.5 paid hours.
What breaks will I get?
You will receive a 30-minute paid lunch break plus two 15-minute unpaid breaks during your shift.
Is overtime available?
Yes! Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates:
1.3x after 37.5 hours
1.5x for Saturdays
2x for Sundays and bank holidays
What PPE do I need to wear?
Hi-vis, safety shoes and safety goggles must be worn on site.
Don't worry about the hi-vis or safety goggles — these are provided for you.
What type of contract is available?
The roles are offered on a temporary ongoing basis. However, exceptional candidates may have the opportunity to be offered a permanent contract.</div>

Job Title: HLOP PickerLocation: Swindon, SN3Pay Rate: &pound;14.45 p/hContract: Temporary ongoing with permanent opportunities availablegap personnel Gloucester are recruiting for 1 HLOP picker for the company based in Swindon SN3. The company specialises in delivery, warehousing, and e-commerce fulfilment. &nbsp;For those that are able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, and a commitment to the working hours there may be permanent opportunities available.Main Duties as a HLOP picker:<ul>
<li>Operates MHE HLOP to retrieve, stock, and move goods at significant heights inside warehouses and distribution centres</li><li>Pick customer orders or handle stock at elevated levels&mdash;frequently ranging from 14 to 18 meters high</li><li>Accurately select items using hand-held RF scanners, pick sheets, or digital instructions to fulfil warehouse orders</li></ul>
<ul>
<li>Stock Replenishment &amp; Movement</li><li>Conduct daily pre-use and post-use safety inspections on the HLOP truck, report mechanical faults, and follow strict site safety rules</li></ul>
Ideal candidate must have :<ul>
