Warehouse Operative - Nights

Site Location: Isleport, Highbridge TA9
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shift, 4 on 4 off, 8:00pm to 8:00am
Pay Rate: £14.15 to £18.82 per hour

Due to continued business growth, gap personnel are recruiting for Warehouse Operative – Nights  to join the team at our client’s site in Isleport, Highbridge. These roles are available with immediate starts.

 

As a Warehouse Operative – Nights, you will support the supply chain team with the intake, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of stock, helping to keep the warehouse running smoothly and safely.

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Booking in stock and putting products away in the correct place
• Picking and packing goods ready for dispatch
• Checking products are packed properly and meet the required standard
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and safe
• Reporting any problems with stock, equipment, or safety to the team

 

What we are looking for:

• Able to work well as part of a team
• Comfortable with manual and physically demanding work
• Able to work at pace in a busy warehouse environment
• Good attention to detail
• Previous warehouse or packing experience is helpful, but not essential

 

Training and development:

Full training will be provided, with ongoing support and development opportunities.
