<div class="description">What are the working hours?
The normal working week is 37.5 paid hours.
What breaks will I get?
You will receive a 30-minute paid lunch break plus two 15-minute unpaid breaks during your shift.
Is overtime available?
Yes! Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates:
1.3x after 37.5 hours
1.5x for Saturdays
2x for Sundays and bank holidays
What PPE do I need to wear?
Hi-vis, safety shoes and safety goggles must be worn on site.
Don't worry about the hi-vis or safety goggles — these are provided for you.
What type of contract is available?
The roles are offered on a temporary ongoing basis. However, exceptional candidates may have the opportunity to be offered a permanent contract.</div>

My client based in Whitchurch, Shropshire are dedicated to manufacturing great quality products for their customers. Own Transport is required
THE ROLE
We are currently supporting them in recruiting for a warehouse operative to join their team to help support their growing business. You will be working within a fast paced warehouse environment.&nbsp;
.
Duties:
<ul>
<li>Experience of working in a manufacturing environment is preferable, ideally within a faced paced environment in a warehouse or production environment.</li>
<li>Strong communication</li>
<li>Dependable and have a reliable mode of transport to commute to work</li>
<li>Teamwork</li>
<li>Able to operate in a sometimes-pressurised environment working to deadlines</li>
<li>To pack product in line with Company standards including BRC Global Standards for packaging</li>
<li>To ensure all product is labeled correctly</li>
<li>To act as a role model for quality standards and ensure this is applied through daily activities</li>
<li>Ensure that housekeeping standards are achieved and maintained at all times to 5S standard</li>
<li>Maintain effective and appropriate communication with your colleagues at all times</li>
<li>To keep the Shift Supervisor informed of any problems encountered with Production processes and/or equipment</li>
</ul>
Skills
<ul>
<li>Experience of working in a manufacturing environment is preferable.</li>
