<div class="description">What are the working hours?
The normal working week is 37.5 paid hours.
What breaks will I get?
You will receive a 30-minute paid lunch break plus two 15-minute unpaid breaks during your shift.
Is overtime available?
Yes! Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates:
1.3x after 37.5 hours
1.5x for Saturdays
2x for Sundays and bank holidays
What PPE do I need to wear?
Hi-vis, safety shoes and safety goggles must be worn on site.
Don't worry about the hi-vis or safety goggles — these are provided for you.
What type of contract is available?
The roles are offered on a temporary ongoing basis. However, exceptional candidates may have the opportunity to be offered a permanent contract.</div>

THE ROLE
We are currently supporting our client in recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join their team. This role is Monday &ndash; Friday. The ideal candidate will be hard working, have good attention to detail and be willing to work in a team and to their own imitative. &nbsp;
&nbsp;
Duties:
<ul>
<li>Combine individual pieces and parts following standard operating procedures.</li>
<li>Inspect parts and finished items to spot defects or faults, reporting any issues to supervisors.</li>
<li>Move components between workstations and keep the production area tidy and safe.</li>
<li>Log production numbers, material use, and any damaged items.</li>
</ul>
Skills
<ul>
<li>Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle small or repetitive parts.</li>
<li>Attention to detail to follow precise instructions and maintain quality.

<li>Teamwork and communication to work smoothly with other workers and supervisors.&nbsp;</li>
