Production Operator

gap personnel have been supporting our client based in Wrexham for a number of years and are now looking for an  Assembly Operators to join their team

You will be responsible for the following

• Degreasing and preparation of moulds prior to coating, ensuring components are correctly prepared and free from contaminants before entering the coating process.
• Hand coating of moulds, applying ceramic slurry and coating materials in accordance with the required process specifications and ensuring an even and consistent application.
• Operating the robotic coating equipment, loading and positioning moulds correctly, selecting the appropriate programme and monitoring the equipment throughout the coating process.
• Operating the robot, ensuring moulds are correctly positioned and processed in line with established operating procedures and production requirements.
• Monitoring coating processes and equipment, identifying any issues or abnormalities and escalating them to the Team Leader or appropriate member of the Engineering/Technical team where required.
• Following all Coating Department quality procedures, ensuring each component is processed in accordance with customer, technical and internal quality requirements
