<div class="description">What are the working hours?
The normal working week is 37.5 paid hours.
What breaks will I get?
You will receive a 30-minute paid lunch break plus two 15-minute unpaid breaks during your shift.
Is overtime available?
Yes! Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates:
1.3x after 37.5 hours
1.5x for Saturdays
2x for Sundays and bank holidays
What PPE do I need to wear?
Hi-vis, safety shoes and safety goggles must be worn on site.
Don't worry about the hi-vis or safety goggles — these are provided for you.
What type of contract is available?
The roles are offered on a temporary ongoing basis. However, exceptional candidates may have the opportunity to be offered a permanent contract.</div>

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Pickers to join a busy distribution centre in Normanton WF6. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for consistent afternoon shifts across a 4-day working week.
The Role
As a Warehouse Picker, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders within a chilled warehouse environment using voice-picking technology and handheld scanners.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Picking orders using a headset (voice-picking system)</li>
<li>Using handheld scanners to process stock and orders</li>
<li>Working efficiently to achieve productivity targets</li>
<li>Ensuring orders are picked accurately and safely</li>
<li>Following all site Health &amp; Safety procedures</li>
<li>Maintaining good housekeeping standards within the warehouse</li>
</ul>
Working Environment
This role is based within a chilled warehouse. Candidates must be comfortable working in a cold environment for the duration of their shift. Appropriate PPE will be provided.
What We're Looking For
<ul>
<li>Previous warehouse, picking, or distribution experience preferred</li>
<li>Experience using scanners or voice-picking equipment is advantageous</li>
<li>Good attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to work on your feet and undertake manual handling duties</li>
