Warehouse Administrator – Night Shift
Pay £13.93 per hour
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 21:30 – 06:00
Hours: 40 hours per week
We are looking for an experienced and organised Warehouse Administrator to join our team on a permanent night shift basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and IT skills who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse, traffic, or logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to warehouse night shift operations.
- Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and warehouse documentation.
- Use Microsoft Excel to manage, analyse, and report operational data.
- Ensure all administrative information is accurate and up to date.
- Support the smooth running of warehouse and logistics activities.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in a warehouse administration, traffic, or logistics role is preferred.
- Strong IT skills with a high level of competence in Microsoft Excel.
- SAP experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- A proactive approach with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours and Salary
- Shift pattern: Sunday to Thursday nights
- Hours: 21:30 – 06:00
- Weekly hours: 40
- Pay £13.93
