Job description
Gap Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Darwen for Production Operatives to join their busy manufacturing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
- £13.85 per hour
- Continental Rotating Shifts (Days & Nights)
- 7:00am - 7:00pm / 7:00pm - 7:00am
- Temp to Perm Opportunity
- Full Training Provided
- Immediate Starts Available
The Role
Working as part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will be involved in a variety of production duties to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Monitoring production processes
- Carrying out quality checks
- Packing finished products
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Supporting production teams where required
Requirements
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable
- Experience as a Machine Operator would be advantageous
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work as part of a team
- Flexible to work continental day and night shifts
