We’re Hiring… Grounds Maintenance Team Leader 🌳

📍 Mold, North Wales

💷 £14.25 per hour (DOE)

⏰ Monday to Friday 7:45am-4:30pm (current winter hours) & 7:15am-5pm (summer hours)

 

Are you an experienced grounds maintenance professional with the leadership skills to get the best out of a team?

Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to lead our skilled teams, deliver high-quality work and help keep our local communities looking their best.

Your responsibilities will include

·         Leading, motivating and supporting your team on site

·         Grass cutting and shrub bed maintenance

·         Hedge and shrub pruning

·         Weed control and herbicide application

·         Litter picking and line marking

·         Liaising professionally with clients and residents

·         Planning and recording work using a PDA and our resource management system

·         Ensuring productivity, quality and deadlines are achieved

·         Maintaining high Health & Safety standards and ensuring the correct PPE is worn

 

What we’re looking for

·         Previous experience in a similar team leader role — essential

·         A full UK driving licence

·         Strong leadership and communication skills

·         A proactive, organised and reliable approach

·         A commitment to delivering excellent results and customer service

·         A good understanding of Health & Safety and safe working practices
