Production Operatives – Days & Nights
Ornua Foods, Leek (ST13) Gap Personnel (employment business)
Ornua has been a trusted name in UK dairy for over 100 years and is one of the country’s leading suppliers of high‑quality dairy products. We’re now recruiting 18 Production Operatives (12 days, 6 nights) to join the team at their modern Leek facility.

🧀 The Role
As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key part in ensuring high‑quality dairy products are packed, palletised, and prepared for distribution. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role where reliability and attention to detail really matter.
You will:

Work on packing and palletising cheese products

Maintain quality standards and follow site procedures

Operate safely within a chilled environment (warm clothing recommended)

Receive full training and PPE if required

Contribute to a positive, motivated team culture
We’re looking for candidates who are punctual, keen to learn, and motivated. No previous production experience is required — just the right attitude.
🕒 Working Hours
Days: Monday–Friday

6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm (rotating)
Nights: Sunday–Thursday

10pm–6am
💷 Pay Rates
Days: £13.38 per hour

Overtime: £20.07 / £26.76 per hour
Nights: £15.38 per hour

Overtime: £23.07 / £30.76 per hour
